Taco Seasoning Blend

• 1T of minced dried onions
• 2 t chili powder
• 1 ½ t salt
• 1 t garlic powder
• 1 t cornstarch
• 1 t ground cumin
• ½ to 1 t cayenne pepper or hot paprika.

Makes the equivalent of a 1 ¼-oz package of taco seasoning mix.
