Slow Cooker Round Steak
- 2-3 lbs round steaks
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) jar mushrooms*
- 1⁄4 cup water
Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
Goes well with mashed potatoes (makes a wonderful gravy!).

Notes:
I use fresh sliced white mushrooms instead of the jar, and I add them in the last two hours of cooking.
