Lee-Lee’s Mac & Cheese
- 1 cup broken macaroni
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound cheese, grated (Lee-Lee: I guess about 1 cup)
- Dash salt
- Bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- Dash garlic salt
- Couple of dashes seasoning salt
- Minced onions
Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and place in casserole. Heat milk, add cheese, and heat until cheese is melted. Add seasonings and pour over macaroni. Mix with fork, cover with crumbs, and dot with butter.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
