Easy Sausage Balls
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese (traditionally Cracker Barrel extra sharp)
- 1 pound mild or hot sausage
Brown sausage and crumble into small pieces. Add Buisquick and grated cheese. Add water while stirring.
Drop mixture onto cookie sheet by spoonfuls
Cook at 350° until golden brown (approx 15 minutes)

Notes:
Conor had to make sausage balls for a brunch at North Delta, and this is the recipe he was given. Way less messy than the usual recipe.
